• First class communication and interpersonal skills to be able to relate to both retail customer and trade painters
• Experience in retail and trade sales and an understanding of store operations including; stock control & inventory managment, gross profit margin maximisation, visual merchandising, financial transacting and basic PC skills.
• Passionate about the painting, colour and design industry. Keen to learn about innovations and trends in these areas.
