Are you a member of a local community or sporting group or maybe you work for or represent a local school, hospital, charity or other community group that wants to raise money for a cause?

HOW IT WORKS:

1. A group representative completes the below form.
2. Once approved, an information pack including a number of Community Benefits donation cards will be sent to you.
3. The cards need to be distributed to people within or connected to your group such as staff, members and anyone else wanting to help you raise money for your cause.
4. Cardholders bring their donation card to their local Inspirations or 3D Paint & Colour store and 5% of the total spend will be donated to your group. (This is a donation from the store and will not incur an extra cost for the customer).
5. Donations are paid out annually in July each year if the minimum amount of $100 is reached by the 30 June. If the minimum amount is not reached, the amount will be rolled over into the next financial year to continue collecting donations.
