Coles Myer Voucher Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Coles Myer Voucher Giveaway (Giveaway) indicates your acceptance
of the terms and conditions of entry set out below. Entries which do not comply with
these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

The Giveaway is conducted by 3D Paint Store (Holdings) Ltd (ABN 94 080 617 036)
6/140 Melbourne Street, EAST MAITLAND NSW 2323, (Promoter).

Entry to the Giveaway is open to residents of Australia. The giveaway is open to
retail customers, trade painters, colour consultants, employees of the Promoter
and/or members of their immediate families. By entering the Giveaway you
represent that you are eligible to enter.

The Giveaway will run between Thursday 1 October 2009 and
Wednesday 30th June 2010. This may be extended at the discretion of the promoter.

To enter you must go to the website http://www.inspirationspaint.com.au, register
your details, upload makeover photos and provide information such as paint colours, room
type etc. All fields required for the giveaway are mandatory on the online form.

To have an entry validated the makeover entry must have images suitable for
website viewing, be of a suitable quality (i.e correct lighting, paint colours visible
and no blurring) and have correct paint colour names.

To receive a $15 Coles Myer Voucher the upload must be a set of makeover photos.
A set of makeover photos is photos / set of photos that are from a renovation / repaint
project. Separate uploads of the same makeover project will not be counted.

Multiple makeovers for the same address are only permitted if the makeover is a different room or part of the house with a completely different colour scheme. Maximum quantity of photos per makeover is 16. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The declaration of the promoter is final.

The promoter reserves the right to not allocate vouchers if they do not comply
with the terms and conditions.

Each valid entry will receive a $15 Coles Myer Voucher. The voucher is valid for 2 years
from the upload date and will be delivered by post monthly until the end of the
promotion. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Once a makeover upload is complete, an email will be sent to the winner requesting
a postal address for the $15 Coles Myer Voucher/s. The postal address will not
be used for any further marketing purposes.

The value of the prize is a suggested retail price and is given in Australian dollars,
inclusive of GST. The value of the prize may be subject to variation and the winner will
not be entitled to receive from the Promoter compensation for any variation in prize
value. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may provide to the winner
another item of equal or greater value.

The winners must claim their prizes within 14 days following the date of notification,
or such longer period as determined by the Promoter at its discretion.

All entries, and copyright in all entries, will become the property of the Promoter.

Neither the Promoter nor its officers, agents, employees or associated companies will
be liable for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage unless
such liability may not be lawfully excluded in which case their liability will be limited
to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The personal information provided by participants to the Promoter may be used by the
Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway. Participants’ personal information
may be distributed by the Promoter to persons engaged by the Promoter to conduct the
Giveaway. The Promoter is bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988. Participants
may access the personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Marketing
