Orders will be packeged and processed from Inspirations Paint National Office (located in Newcastle, NSW Australia). All orders are posted using Australia Post eParcel. Postage costs will differ based on the size and weight of the product, where in Australia it is posted to and whether it is sent Standard or Express.
Our promise is to pick, pack and dispatch every order within 2 working days of receiving payment. Orders will be delivered within 1 to 6 working days of dispatch depending on your location. Working days are defined as Monday-Friday, from 9am until 5pm AEST and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery times (click to see Australia Post's delivery times)
Shipping costs will be passed onto the customer at cost price. Costs begin at $6.46 per parcel and go up from there depending on weight and location. The base rate for standard delivery to capital cities is $8.66 + a per kilo rate. See the table below with Standard and Express Post rates for all parts of our wide brown land. You can choose either delivery method in the Shopping Cart.
Once you order is picked up from Inspirations Paint's distribution centre, Australia Post will send you an email with your Tracking Number and a link to their tracking website http://auspost.com.au/track/
In the Shopping Cart you can enter any special instructions for delivery, e.g. "If no one is home please leave parcel at back door under carport." Australia Post are generally pretty good with fulfilling these requests, however this part of the delivery is out of our control. In some instances if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be placed in your letterbox with consignment details and you will need to collect your item from your local post office. Identification will be required to pick it up.

We will use all reasonable means to deliver your order within the time stated for the delivery service, however please note that any dates we specify for delivery of products are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be completed when the Products are delivered to the address given by the customer. The Products will be the customer’s responsibility from the completion of delivery. The customer owns the Products once Inspirations Paint has received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. We recommend that you keep your receipt, which can be found in your Paint Club account details or on the order invoice that comes with your delivery (you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of an after-sales enquiry).
