Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to purchase 4L White paint for painting the exteriors. 1. The surface is metal (gate) and there are some rusts on it. I need to clean up the rusts and then paint it. a. I am going to paint internal brick walls which have bagged render on them. How do I best clean and prepare the surface to paint, they are highly textured and rough. Thanks
