COVID-19 Resource Centre

Inspirations Paint is committed to providing a safe environment to protect the health, safety and well-being of staff and customers. We are following advice from State and Federal Government authorities.

This page is being updated as new advice is being released.

1.5M SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please maintain 1.5m social distancing from staff and other customers at all times and avoid physical contact.

Where it is not possible to maintain 1.5m social distancing, we recommend wearing a face mask.

check-in

We strongly encourage all customers to “check-in” via a QR code (or a paper log if you do not have a smart phone) prior to entering our store to assist in contact tracing, should the need arise.

WASH YOUR HANDS

Wash your hands upon arrival at the store using the hand sanitiser provided.

minimise PRODUCT HANDLING

Where possible, avoid handling any product until final collection. If you require product advice, ask our friendly staff for any assistance prior to handling the product.

USE EFTPOS & LIMIT HANDLING CASH

Where possible, we are requesting payment is made via EFTPOS to reduce the handling of cash. If cash is the preferred payment method, please use hand sanitiser.

STORE HYGIENE

Staff are following strict Inspirations Paint hygiene and cleaning practices in-store.

SIGHTING CUSTOMER ID

You will be asked to show your photo ID to verify phone or online orders. Staff will not touch your card.

CONTACTLESS PICK-UP

Call us upon arriving at the store to request your order to be brought out to you. After sighting you photo ID, our staff will place your order your securely in your car.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

Delivery orders will be placed at your front door and delivery person will ring your bell or knock and then step back. They will wait for you to come to the door, sight your photo ID through the door and record your license details.

New South Wales:


Mandatory Masks/Face Coverings

All staff and customers in the Greater Sydney, Wollongong and Central Coast region must wear a fitted face mask/covering at all times (children under the age of 12 are exempt however is encouraged where possible). Entry to Inspirations Paint stores will be denied if a mask is not worn without a valid exemption.

Masks are encouraged but not required for regional and rural NSW.


Victoria:


Mandatory Masks/Face Coverings

All staff and customers in Victoria must wear a fitted face mask/covering at all times (children under the age of 12 are exempt however is encouraged where possible). Entry to Inspirations Paint stores will be denied if a mask is not worn without a valid exemption.


South Australia:


Mandatory QR Check In

All Inspirations Paint stores in South Australia require all customers and staff to check-in prior to entering the store via the QR Code check in, managed through the mySA Gov app. If a customer does not have a smart phone, an approved alternative paper recording log is available to be used.

COVID Marshal

All stores located in South Australia have been assigned a COVID Marshal who is responsible for ensuring COVID guidelines are followed. If you have any questions or queries, you can speak to your store’s nominated COVID Marshal who is identified by a lanyard.
