You can join Paint Edge if you are a current Paint Club member and eligible to join. You cannot have a Paint Edge and a Paint Club account, so your Paint Club account will be converted to a Paint Edge account.

Yes, Paint Edge is eligible to all tradies who have a current and valid ABN/ACN and purchase paint for commercial reasons.

No, Paint Edge is exclusively for business customers who have an ABN/ACN and purchase paint for commercial reasons. Retail customers can join Paint Club here: https://www.inspirationspaint.com.au/register

Depending on where you order, you can pay by the following payment methods:

Online: Credit card or charge to your Inspirations Paint store or Dulux Trade account.

In-store: Credit card or cash.

Paying on account: You can only charge to your existing trade account if you order online. Your account payment terms apply.

No, Paint Edge is a COD account. If you choose to shop online and charge to an existing Dulux Trade or Inspirations Paint store account, those limits and payment terms will apply.

When you sign into your Paint Edge account online, you will be able to see all previous purchases made online. If you need to see a full previous purchase history, you can visit your local Inspirations Paint store to see all in-store and online purchases, or you can contact Inspirations Paint on 1300 368 325 and we can assist you further.

Paint Edge is a national program and can be used at most* Inspirations Paint stores across Australia, and online at inspirationspaint.com.au (* excludes Broken Hill, Cooma and Reynella).

Once you’ve joined Paint Edge, your account is automatically activated to make purchases both online and in-store.

When you join Paint Edge, you select a home store which is where your communications will be sent from. If you shop at several locations, you can set a preferred store to fulfil your order each time you shop online.

Yes, Paint Edge customers are eligible for same day delivery for orders placed before 10am. Charges may apply.

All orders placed online are eligible for free 2 hour Click & Collect.

No, your Paint Edge account does not expire.

Paint Edge does not have an app, but you can save the website to the home page of your device for easy access. You can do this by selecting your home screen as the location when bookmarking the page.

You can manage your email preferences by clicking the link at the bottom of your email or SMS. Note that SMS and email subscription preferences are separate.
